Hi, I’m Jaylin Mae – a passionate baker with a heart full of sugar, spice, and everything nice! My love for baking began when I was just a little girl in Fiji, spending warm afternoons in the kitchen with my Grandma Mae – the woman I proudly get my middle name from.

Together, we baked everything from flaky peach pies that bubbled golden at the edges, to more traditional treats like cassava coconut cake, a nod to our island roots. It wasn’t just about the recipes – it was about connection, tradition, and the joy of creating something sweet from scratch.

Over the years, that passion has grown into a lifelong journey. Whether it’s crafting elegant wedding cakes, experimenting with bold new flavor combos (yes, I’ve made a taro and white chocolate tart!), or teaching others how to fall in love with baking, I pour my heart into every crumb.
